The first ever gathering of Tibetans of Mixed Heritage took place on June 21-22, 2014 in London, England.
Over the course of the weekend, participants undertook a programme of workshops, discussions, talks and cultural activities, sharing their experiences and exploring ideas of what it means to be a Tibetan of mixed heritage.
Messages were also sent to address the group from His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Sikyong Lobsang Sangay.

Sunday 22nd, Assistant Curator Tom Crowley led a tour of the Horniman Museum’s displays of Tibetan objects.
